In 2024 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Smokey Bones BBQ restaurants we created a promo that brought back some of the old menu prices from 1999. So, playing off the theme of, “Party like it’s 1999” we created a digital campaign that included paid social, radio, OOH, web banners and a landing page.

We also created an evergreen brand awareness video called, “Dig In” that could be used to support the 25th anniversary and other executions throughout the year.

In the highly competitive world of BBQ restaurants great tasting food just isn’t enough, you’re going to need lots and lots of creative promos to help bring in families looking for a good deal. So we worked with Smokey Bones creating initiatives like daily bogos, limited time offers and family deals to help get customers into seats. We had a lot of fun creating paid social and in-store posters with the Smokey Bones vintage graphic look with names and headlines that had loads of attitude.

Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine loves Smokey Bones’ ribs – almost as much as he loves supporting our military and first responders. To promote the partnership of Smokey Bones and Robert Irvine we created “Robert’s Ribfeast”, which is not only a terrific deal on Robert’s favorite meal, but also a portion of the proceeds will go to the Robert Irvine Foundation, which supports and strengthens the physical and mental well-being of our service members and first responders. We launched the campaign during the holiday season with a special menu insert and supported it with paid and organic social, CRM, web banners, radio and TikTok videos.
