Every year Chevrolet FC picks 11 children from around the world to be the Manchester United mascots. For 2016, Chevrolet FC and Commonwealth/McCann created an online contest called “The 11th Mascot”. The contest asked parents to submit their story of why their child deserved to be the 11th mascot. These videos tell the story of Oscar and how we delivered his big surprise all with the help of Manchester United legend Quinny Fortune. Oscar's big day was all captured on a Facebook Live feed that was sent to millions of fans across the world and later edited as content to live on the Chevrolet FC site.

To help increase fan engagement and honor its most loyal fans, Manchester United and Chevrolet FC created the “Fan of the Year Award”. One deserving fan was given a trip to Manchester and a tour of Old Trafford by Manchester United legend Quinny Fortune. The event featured a surprise meeting with the Man U coaches all captured on a Facebook Live feed that was sent to millions of fans across the world and later edited as content to live on the Chevrolet FC site.
